What is the NFFR?
NFFR is the founder and proud supporter of the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. We raise the funds to help children get the treatment they need and can’t afford.
What is the IRPS?
The Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at NYU Medical Center is where patients are treated and surgeries are performed.
Does the NFFR treat patients?
No. Medical Treatment takes place at the IRPS.
Does the IRPS only treat children?
No.
My family member needs medical assistance, who do I contact?
Please contact the IRPS directly at 212-263-5834. They will be able to
help you with your medical needs.
Can you help me to finance treatment?
No. The NFFR provides financial support to patients through its support of the IRPS. We do not give
money directly to patients or families for their treatment.
Do you pay for transportation to the IRPS?
No, but we encourage you to contact our friends at Angel Flight America.
Do you have housing for my family while my child undergoes surgery?
Not currently, but we work closely with other organizations to try to
secure low cost housing for your stay in NYC.
How do I donate to the NFFR?
You can make a check payable to the NFFR and send it to 317 East 34th Street, RM901, New York, NY 10016.
